TODDLER CUBS:
1.5 years to 3.5 years

Toddler Cubs classes are high energy. Full of fun using acoustic music, instrument play and movement to bring out the inner music-maker in your bear cub. Every week you will drum, sing, move and play to rhythms & beats.

Play rhythms and beats using a variety of music instruments - tambourine, floor drums, egg shakers and music sticks
Learn to recognise and follow basic patterns in music and move to a steady beat
Bear Cubs will experience live music - contemporary, classic & traditional tunes on string and woodwind instruments to introduce a variety of sounds
Learn how sounds are produced from musical instruments
Fun classes of movement & play using scarves, mirrors and parachute-play to keep your bear cub engaged
Education and exploration on a variety of instruments

There are 5 stages of Toddler Cubs that your bear cub can progress through. Each stage will include new songs, instruments, sensory play & fun to help your bear cub grow a lifelong love of music.

Frequently asked questions

Is there Parking?

There's on-street pay parking on Park Avenue and St John's Road. We recommend arriving early on the day to find the classroom. It can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the sports club.

Buggies/Valuables:

Please park your buggy outside the classroom entrance in the designated area (look for the signage to guide you).

What to bring

Just yourself - we provide all the instruments for you to play during class.

You can join us for one drop in class or as many classes as you like, or just let us at hello@happycubs.ie and we will help you sign up for the full term..

Parent & child music classes for babies, toddlers and big cubs aged between 0 to 5 yrs. Music Cubs classes are 30 minutes of fun, melody & play. Introduction to musical rhythms and beats & tempos. Teaching simple percussion to your bear cub. Enjoy love performances on a variety of instruments. A time to immerse yourselves in music, together. Little ones have a natural love of music. Grow that love in a gentle, fun way.
