We are delighted to offer a four week yoga course at Lough Gur Visitor Centre. These morning sessions are aimed at people of all levels and abilities. The classes are led by Úna O'Rourke who has many years experience as a yoga instructor. Her class are open, inviting, and inclusive. It really is the perfect way to start the week and the year!

These classes will run for 4 weeks and cost €15 per class (total €60).

(please note the first class is on Tuesday February 4th, and then the 3 following Mondays)
