Mindful Artsy Sessions is an immersive, creativity-driven experience blending mindfulness with abstract sketching and artistic expression. In these sessions, participants will learn to tap into their inner creativity by focusing on the present moment and letting go of judgment. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and intuitive drawing exercises, the class invites you to explore art as a tool for relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional expression.

Clémence is an artist, a designer and a calm-life advocate, and will guide you through the class. Her studio is located at Ardgillan Castle. After experiencing the benefits of art on her well-being and mindfulness for many years, she has spent the last few years looking at mindful art and is now offering this experience, hoping it will support you in finding calm.
