Join us for a special evening at Trad Pot 'An Exploration' of Midleton Distillery's Traditional Single Pot Still Style tasting. This in-person event will showcase and celebrate one of the core Single `Pot Still styles produced by Midleton Distillery. Trad Pot has been lauded by whiskey writers and reviewers over the years, it is highly regarded and much sought after by Single Pot Still Whiskey aficionados.
The event is facilitated and organised by Brian Greene and we are delighted that Leo Phelan, Past President Irish Whiskey Society & whiiskey aficionado and Eric Ryan, Innovation and Maturation Specialist & Powers Distiller, Midleton `Distillery will present this tasting for us. We are very grateful to Midleton Distillery for providing two special samples of Traditoinal Single Pot Still for us to share and enjoy on the night.
The event will take place upstairs in Arthur's Pub at 28 Thomas Street on Wednesday 1st November at 7:30pm.
Leo & Eric will share their knowledge and passion for Traditional Pot Still and guide us though several expressions including some rare and even more rarely opened whiskeys. This event will be great opportunity to enjoy a selection of whiskeys from a collection built up over many years, as well as, two incredible cask samples from Midleton Distilley provided by the Blending Team for us to enjoy at the tasting.
