About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Looking to connect with other men who understand the challenges and ups and downs of living with ADHD? Our men’s in-person ADHD support group provides a relaxed, friendly setting where you can talk openly (or just listen) without judgment. Whether you're recently diagnosed, think you might have ADHD, or have been navigating it for years, this group is here to support you.

This isn’t a formal session – it’s a chance to chat with people who "get it." We’ll cover practical topics like handling work stress, managing relationships, staying on top of everyday responsibilities, and finding balance in life with ADHD. This group is all about sharing useful strategies, gaining insights, and just being around others who understand.
