This free 10 week exercise programme for Men aims to help you take the first step to getting back to fitness & staying active.
Suitable for beginners or those returning to fitness and adapted to a level and pace that suits you!
What to expect:
- Two weekly exercise sessions on Westside Running Track
- Meeting every Tues & Thurs evenings 7-8pm
- Walking/ Running/ Simple bodyweight exercise circuits/ Go at your own pace
- Fitness testing on week 1 & 10
- Finale 5km run/walk (open to family & friends) at a location TBC early December
The 10 week programme starts Thursday 26th September at 7pm
