We all know that living with gratitude, generosity and joy can have a profoundly positive impact on the quality of our everyday lives and relationships. However, we may find it hard to maintain that positive outlook and energy in the midst of challenging days and difficult periods in our lives.

In this half-day retreat in Limerick with Kadam Adam, we will learn, not only how to significantly improve and strengthen feelings of gratitude, generosity and joy. We will also explore practical ways in which it's possible to maintain that outlook and positive energy in the midst of difficult times in life and relationships.

Our meditation day retreats are an ideal way to experience the benefits of Buddhist meditation and mindfulness training. These weekend events allow us the chance to explore the teachings in more depth. Learn how to use Buddhist wisdom and meditation to solve daily problems and find lasting happiness. Events include talks, guided meditations and Q&A.

Do I need any previous meditation experience?

No, our meditation events are suitable for beginners and those with previous experience

Do I need to bring anything along?

No, we sit on chairs provided, but you are free to bring your own meditation cushion if you wish. A notebook and pen is also handy to take some notes if you wish.

Can I pay at the door?

Yes, if you wish. We take cash or card.

Do you offer concessions?

Yes, for the unemployed, students and pensioners. Please pay at the door for concessions

Do you run weekly classes in Limerick?

Not yet, but you can join in our weekly classes and events via livestream from Dublin.
