PLOT:Romanzo di una strage (2012), directed by Marco Tullio Giordana, tells the story of the tragic Piazza Fontana massacre, which took place in Milan on 12 December 1969, when a bomb exploded in a bank, leaving 17 people dead and dozens injured. The film explores the events surrounding the bombing, focusing on the investigations, suspicions, and political tensions of the time. Its main themes include the chaos and confusion following the bombing, the manipulation of information, and the investigations involving the secret services, the Red Brigades, and extreme right-wing groups. The film reflects on the complexity of a period marked by political violence and unsolved mysteries.
