This ia a once off hour long special live show.. not only do we have our amazing singing mermaid Thalia performing, but fabulous mermaid Phoenix will be with us up to her usual tricks ...and the long awaited return of our magnificent Egyptian mermaid Mika who wil be headling this show!! this is one mermaid etravaganza NOT to be missed !

yes, we have free parking for all mermazing visitors . There is an overflow carpark , so look our for signs .
Please arrive 30 minutes before your show time , but no sooner. There is a lobby where you can purchase mermazing slushies, balloons, wristbands , lucky bags and tickets for our after show meet & greet with one of our mermaids . Latecomers will not be permitted into the mermaid venue room.
Our mermaid meet and greet service includes a 5 minute meet, chat and small mermaid or pirate gift , parent or guardian will be allowed to take as many photos or videos in this 5 minutes as they wish . This is priced at 10 euro .
No, tickets are non refundable. If you cannot be there , then you and give your tickets to a friend or family and they can access with the persons name who bought the ticket.
No, this is a spectator event, guests will be seated during the show. Small children will be permitted to stand in front of the pool once within the height restriction.
No,once you come and stay for the show, you cannot contact us for a refund afterwards. If for any reason you are not happy when you arrive at the venue ,you must bring it to the attention of a staff member so it can be resolved there and then .After the show is too late and no refund will be given
There is a no refund policy . If you change your mind or will not be attending , we are happy for you to give the tickets to someone else, and they can enter using the name used to make the booking .
