A hike for Mums to connect with nature and their little ones in the outdoors.
Join Forest School and Walking Leader, Cécile Robin for a mini adventure hike at Knockma, Castlehackett, Co.Galway. This hike is suitable for Mums with little ones and/or babies in carriers. Toddlers and children who are able to walk the 4-5km trail are also welcome, with a max of 2 children per accompanying adult.
There will be plenty of breaks to allow for mums to take care of babies and themselves, changing, feeding etc. The day will finish with a gathering for refreshments, chats and creating a simple nature craft to bring home as a souvenir.
*Please note: this hiking terrain is not buggy friendly, therefore you must have a carrier for babies! For safety reasons we recommend a max of 2 little ones per person.
