Saolta the Global Citizenship Education strategic partnership programme for the Adult and Community Education will hold a barbeque for PPN members in Leitrim.
The event will be fun and engaging. It will be an opportunity to bring PPN members together to celebrate your work reinforce networks of the PPNs.
It will be a practical and experiential exploration of how PPN are a great way to take action of the local and global issues we face.
We will explore ecosystem restoration in the context of the SDGs, the decade of ecosystem restoration and why global citizenship education is key for them to be achieved.
We will host the event a venue that is practicing ecosystem restoration. All the food sourced where at all possible will be from a local regenerative farm in the county. That is restoring ecosystems while proving nutrient rich food to their local community.
