A cacao ceremony is a sacred ritual centred around drinking pure, raw cacao to open our hearts and access our heart's wisdom to connect to our deepest intentions.

A sound bath is a relaxation session using singing bowls that will wash away your stress and promote deep relaxation.

How to get to the venue?

The yoga lab is accessible via the M50 if you are driving. There is plenty of parking available in the venue. If you are taking public transport the venue is well-served by many bus routes and the Luas. The venue is 5 5-minute walk from the Stillorgan Luas stop.

How to Prepare for the Session?

Before the session make sure you hydrate properly, drink lots of water, and try not to have alcohol or recreational drugs 48 hours before the session. Eat something light not later than 3 hours before the session and also skip coffee for the day of the session, if possible.

What to expect during the session?

During the session, we will begin with a beautiful cacao ceremony followed by a kundalini activation and finishing up with a soundbath. The session is 2 hours long including grounding, a cacao ceremony, energy activation and soundbath meditation.

What to Bring?

Come in comfortable clothes, tracksuits, a hoodie or yoga wear is best. Bring water, a blanket, a journal and anything else that can make you feel comfortable for the session

• If you are under heavy medication • If you suffer from mental illness• If you suffer from heart problems • If you are recovering from an injury

Is there Parking in the Venue?

Yes there is a lot of parking directly inside the venue that you can use for free.

Ho do I get to the venue?

Accepted Answer

If you are coming by public transport, you can take the Luas and get out at the Stilorgan Las stop and walk 5 minutes to the venue. If you are driving you can come by the M50.
