It is believed to interact with the body's energy field, facilitating spiritual activation and raising vibrational frequency.

During the session, you will receive an activation of your kundalini energy and receive light language codes, there will be an optional Cacao on offer.

The venue is a beautiful yoga studio in Sandyford named Yoga Lab. It is easily accessible by car from the M50 and 5-minute walk from the Sandyford Luas stop.

Before the session make sure you hydrate properly, drink lots of water, and try not to have alcohol or recreational drugs 48 hours before the session. Eat something light not later than 2 hours before the session and also skip coffee for the day of the session, if possible.
