Package for Kinsale 6 week Deep stretching & Mobility programme

Material:

  • a yoga mat
  • 2 blocks or big books
  • a yoga strap, a long scarf or a robe tie
  • a couple of cushions or pillow for extra support (optional but recommended :) )


Cautions:

  • If you are on any pain killer medication, please do not join the programme
  • Do not plan any intense physical activity such as running, weightlifting... up to 3 hours after the class.

I am particularly stiff, is the course for me?

Absolutely, the more inflexible you are, the more you will beneficiate from this course

Do I really need to bring all the materials?

Just a mat will be enough. However we will really work into relaxing through the stretch and you will be offer options. Think, the more comfy you are, the more efficient the stretch will be.
