Material:

  • a yoga mat
  • 2 blocks or big books
  • a yoga strap, a long scarf or a robe tie
  • a couple of cushions or pillow for extra support (optional but recommended :) )


Cautions:

  • If you are on any pain killer medication or pregnant, please do not join the programme
  • If you suffer from a particular condition, contact me first or check the private sessions.
  • Do not plan any intense physical activity such as running, weightlifting... up to 3 hours after the class.

Absolutely, the more inflexible you are, the more you will beneficiate from this course

Do I really need to bring all the materials?

Yes, we are using props to assist the body into achieving the challenging postures of the class. Think, the more comfy you are, the more efficient the stretch will be. Some spares will be available but I encourage you to bring your own props
