A passionate entrepreneur and inspirational whiskey expert Louise is a trail blazer in the lost art of Whiskey Bonding, a subject she speaks passionatly about on a global stage. Based on her family farm in West Clare she has built up an unrivalled selection of one of casks from distilleries around the island and has used her global drinks industry background to position her self as one of Ireland’s luxury whiskey brands.
