This is a one day sewing workshop for complete beginners. Learn to use your sewing machine including different stitches and attachments including zipper foot, blind hem foot and darning foot. This workshop will include some basic alterations which attendees can work on a garment of their own that needs altering or mending. You will need a sewing machine for this class. If you require a machine for the course then I can provide one. Please make sure your machine is in working order for the class. You will have access to video tutorials of what was covered in class. Zips for sewing practice and fabric for practice are provided but equipment such as scissors, stitch rippers, thread and measuring tapes will not be provided. The workshop is from 10am to 4pm.
