We would like to introduce you to the course called YES! FOR teenagers to Help Teenager Navigate adolescence with resilience and confidence
YES! is a Youth Empowerment Seminar to help increase confidence and focus.
Anyone who’s gone through adolescence knows how one’s teenage years can be intense. Getting good grades, getting into the right university, changing bodies, and complex social dynamics --- the list of areas teenagers must navigate is endless. Knowing who you are and what matters to you can be an anchor during these years.
At YES, your teenager can learn just that! The YES! Workshop helps teenagers explore their inner landscape and find great reserves of confidence and resilience.
It is a dynamic and fun program that challenges teens to take responsibility for their life and provides a comprehensive set of practical tools for releasing stress, mastering emotions, and raising self-awareness. The program addresses:
- Teens’ physical, mental, social, and emotional developmentand other interactive exercises taught at YES! can help teens discover their identity and mental peace.
- Breathing techniques to relieve stress and bring the mind into focus
- Dynamic games
- Experiential processes to develop problem-solving strategies
- Dynamic group discussions designed to help teens feel at ease in challenging situations, increase confidence, withstand criticism and peer pressure.
