Join us at The Burren Perfumery for an opportunity to journey into the fascinating world of scent and create a fragrance unique to you.
The day starts with a pot of coffee and freshly baked scones, just to wake up the senses. After a tour of the Perfumery rooms, we go to the Workshop where you’ll receive an introduction to the art of Perfume Making and learn how perfumes are formulated. Develop your sense of smell and discover your scent preferences as you explore our Burren inspired “scent families”, classifying natural aromatic ingredients and experiencing their different oil blends.
Over lunch in our organic Tea Rooms you can be thinking about what your perfume is going to be called. Then it’s your turn to try your hand at formulating a scent within the scent family you’ve chosen, under the expert eye and guidance of your teacher.
Will you be tweaking it at the very last minute or will your first choice be the one? Either way you take home your own unique perfume!
Course fee includes all materials, coffee at registration, light lunch, your personalised bottle of perfume to take home. 10% discount off all purchases in the Shop on day of workshop.
