Join us at The Burren Perfumery for an opportunity to make candles using the finest quality soya wax, linen wicks and natural essential oils.
The day starts with coffee and freshly baked scones, to meet the group and wake up the senses. After a tour of the Perfumery rooms, we go to the Production Room where you’ll receive an introduction to the Art of Candle Making. Learn about different waxes and wicks and essential oil blends. Guided by our candlemaker, you will make two candles from our specially formulated blends and learn the dos and don’ts when making candles at home.
After lunch in our organic Tea Rooms, the afternoon wraps up with a Q&A session and making the final touches to your candles, ready to take home.
