Do I need to be good at yoga to join?

Not at all! Inside Flow is about moving with music. No crazy headstands :-) All levels are welcome!

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. We do have a few spare ones if you need to borrow one. First come first serve.
