Nestled down by a cosy fire with a guided mediation to plant the seeds of intention and nurture your inner light followed by a candle lit sound bath transporting you to a realm of deep relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. (some mats provided at the venue).

Please arrived 15 minutes before hand to get settled in for a 7pm start.
