Icarus Comedy Club showcases the finest in Irish and international stand-up comedians every Sunday in the legendary rock & roll basement bar of Bruxelles, Dublin 2. A promise of a guaranteed night full of laughter featuring the rising stars in comedy in the same space once shared by rock & roll legends, including Phil Lynott.
Shane Clifford
Shane Clifford has risen quickly performing all over Ireland and appearing at major Irish comedy festivals, including Castlepalooza, Cork Comedy Festival and the Vodafone Comedy Festival. In 2018 Shane was a finalist at the prestigious ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ final at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has since become one of the most sought after headliners in Dublin, appearing at all the major Comedy Festivals and supporting International Acts acts like David O'Doherty, Frankie Boyle, Conner O Malley, and Joe Pera as well as selling out his own shows on two national tours.

Paddy Seery
Born and bred in Ballymun, North Dublin, Paddy Seery left the army to pursue stand-up comedy. Now the army won't let him back in because his hair is too long! Now you can find Paddy performing stand-up in Dublin and anywhere that would let 'a fella from the flats' in. Prepare to laugh and lose your valuable possessions. Paddy is an award-winning comedian, winning Best New Act at the 2024 Bray Comedy Festival. Paddy is a rising star on the Irish Comedy scene, having performed all around Ireland and at All Together Now, Ireland’s largest independent festival.
