The ‘Punk and Graphic Art’ symposium will centre on a series of illustrated talks by Russ Bestley (co-author of The Art of Punk, Central Saint Martins, UAL.); Rebecca Binns (author of Gee Vaucher: Beyond Punk, Feminism and the Avant Garde, London College of Communication, UAL); Niall McCormack (Hi-Tone Books); and Steve Averill (The Radiators from Space). We have no doubt that the panel, who between them have backgrounds in scholarly research, curatorship, graphic design and underground music, will generate lively conversation. The event is free but booking is essential.
