Blas na Gaillimhe has returned for the month of November and to celebrate Tom Sheridan’s is thrilled to invite you to sip, savour, & celebrate the incredible flavours and dishes that put Ireland on the culinary map.

Head Chef Danny has handcrafted a four-course menu highlighting some of Ireland's most renowned dishes, including; boxty, bacon, and bread & butter pudding! Each course will be paired with a wine to enhance the flavours of the dish so if you love Irish cuisine or haven't tried it in a while, then this event is for certainly for you!
