Check out this 12.6-km loop trail near Donard, County Wicklow. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 4h to complete. This trail is great for hiking, running, and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring

Walkers should bring:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.

Your backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)

The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.

Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.

GDPR: Your data will be stored in the ADHD Eventbrite Account; all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland Eventbrite account. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to share your name and surname only with the in-person group facilitator for security purposes. This will allow safe registration process on the day of the in-person support group.
