Hiking the ADHD - Adult Guided Walk

Strictly 18+ please.

Experience this 6.6-km loop trail near Enniskerry, County Wicklow. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 10 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.

This stunning route takes you around the Upper and Lower lakes of Lough Bray in Wicklow Mountains National Park

Walkers should bring:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.

A backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)

The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.

Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.
