Our holistic approach combines self-defence training and mindset empowerment, all tailored to provide a safe space for Her Mind, a safe space for Her Body, and a safe space for Her Energy.
A breakdown of the programme each week:
1.5 hour classes x 5 weeks
Self-defence: Learn practical self-defence skills to boost confidence, enhance safety, and build physical strength. Focusing on Body Language, Posture Safety Techniques and Self Defence Techniques.
Mindset: We provide valuable tools and techniques to build your self-esteem, resilience, and overall mental wellbeing. Discover the strength within and cultivate a positive outlook on life. Self-Awareness, Resilience and Mindset.
