​learning about (and exploring) meaningful connection in groups, within trauma-informed somatic parameters and a culture of care.

​

​What to expect:

​Exercises in co-regulation, nervous system care, classical tantra, and polyvagal theory. If you've ever been curious (or regularly enjoy) group spaces that involve touch and intimacy, this will be a foundation piece to really showing up 100% and receiving 100+% of such containers.

​It will be fun, might be edgey, there will be agreements made re. confidentiality, communication, and contact.
