Our journey begins with a short, beginner-friendly hike up Bray Head, where we'll pause to enjoy cacao and a guided meditation, grounding ourselves in the beauty of the mountain. From there, we'll head to Shoreline Bray for a vinyasa yoga session and mindset coaching focused on setting yourself up for success this summer—prioritizing self-care, clarity, and intention.
This event is open to both men and women and is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to destress, clear your mind, or simply enjoy a day outdoors, Healing Hikes offers the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.
