Join Hawksmoor on Friday, September 27th for a truly special Tasting Dinner in one of their stunning private dining rooms. This evening will be a celebration of all things seafood, featuring Flaggy Shore Oysters and perfectly paired Piper Heidsieck Champagnes.
Piper Heidsieck, a Hollywood favourite, is one of the top 10 most premium champagne houses in the world, and in 2022 it was awarded the prestigious B Corp certification.
Flaggy Shore Oysters come from the pristine waters of Galway Bay, along the rugged coast of County Clare in Ireland. Known for their exceptional quality, these oysters are hand-harvested and celebrated for their clean, briny taste with a hint of sweetness.
The evening kicks off at 5:30pm with a welcome drink in the bar. Afterward, you'll be guided to the private dining room for Flaggy Shore Oysters, paired with Piper Heidsieck Champagne. From there, indulge in a delectable three-course feast: start with Hawksmoor’s famous Crab on Toast, followed by a main course of sharing steaks and sides, paired with hand-selected wines. And of course, there’s always room for dessert!
