This event includes two classes (40 minutes each) with two different instructors. After the class a delicous breakfast buffet will be included along with coffee or tea. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Debbie Clarke, from Debbie Clarke Life Coach, will lead the soundbath class, the purpose of which is to offer an opportunity for a deep level of rest to restore balance and internal harmony. The class will involve some breathwork and guided meditation followed by soothing sounds from a variety of instruments - sound bowls/gong/drum/shamanic rattle along with optional hands on healing. The session will end with focus on breath and guided return from the meditative state.
Nikki Solyom, from Spiritual but Badass, will teach a transformative yoga class. This class will blend asanas, breathwork, mudras, and mantras to create a harmonious practice for the body, mind, and spirit. Begin with grounding postures to build strength and flexibility, followed by mindful breathwork to enhance focus and relaxation. The practice incorporates mudras to channel energy, and soothing mantras to cultivate inner peace and clarity. This class is designed to leave you feeling centered, rejuvenated, and connected to your inner self.
