This 6-week educational programme in a gym environment encourages women and girls (over 14 years only) to be more comfortable and confident to exercise on their own and to train effectively towards their goals. Fun is central to the programme, with each session delivered in a positive and empowering environment.
Supervised Sessions:
A qualified gym coach will teach you the basics of flexibility, mobility, injury prevention and how to use weights safely and effectively. As the programme progresses the participants will learn how to design their own gym programme, specific to their own needs and goals.
Unsupervised Sessions:
You will have access to the gym for one other hour in the week to practice what you learned in the group session.

Duration: 45mins
Level: Suitable for all levels of fitness
What to bring: A bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing.
What to expect: A fun friendly atmosphere. The session is designed to gently ease you back to exercise, to learn lots and to improve fitness!
