This Beaver Super Full Moon we have Breathwork, Cacao and Ecstatic Dance with a very special guest.

How do I get there?

The Community Centre has plenty of parking. The 84 bus also goes to Kilcoole as do limited DARTS/trains

What should I bring?

The main thing is be comfy! Do bring a mat also for yoga/breathwork. There will be a cacao ceremony too so bring a cup.

Can I bring kids?

Of course! But just bear in mind that it usually goes on for about an hour and half so just to make sure they are warm and interested!
