1. Validity and Expiry
- Gift cards are valid before 31 March 2025. Please check the expiry date on your gift card.
- Expired gift cards cannot be reissued or redeemed.
2. Redemption
- Gift cards are redeemable directly on Eventbrite, enter PROMOTION CODE at checkout; or via email hello.cookup@gmail.com.
- You will receive an email with customised gift card information with PROMOTION CODE.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Limitations
- Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards.
- Certain products or services may be excluded from gift card redemption (early bird tickets for some events).
4. Refund policy
Gift card is nonrefundable.
