Future Orchard Cork presents Living Willow Workshop

Be guided in the art of weaving live willow fences at Future Orchard on the upcoming Bridget's Bank Holiday weekend. Called Fedging, these attractive & easily established willow structures are a fusion between a fence and hedge. Easy to plant with cuttings during winter, these colourful living fedges will give many years of creative joy both as a privacy screen and a vital habitat for flora and fauna. Share in the learning and have a great little outing

Things to consider:

• The workshop is conducted outdoors, so please dress appropriately
• A limited supply of gardening gloves and secateurs will be available, but please bring your own secateurs if possible
• There is parking on site
• Tea and coffee available
