Foundation in Problem Gambling Assessment and Brief Interventions
Our 6-hour Training Course, Foundation in Problem Gambling Assessment & Brief Interventions, has been accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland for 6 Continuing Education Unit credits.
This event prioritises members of Addiction Counsellors of Ireland. Participants must be based in South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford, Carlow or Kilkenny, as the event is funded by the HSE's CHO 5 region.
Barry Grant is a fully accredited counsellor, who has been specialising in problem gambling, since 2016. He is the project manager at Extern Problem Gambling, a project providing free counselling and helpline services to people impacted by gambling harms.
