About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Join Sophie and a bunch of like-minded souls on a herbal walk to greet the land as it awakens to the buoyancy of Spring time.

It's no accident that the cleansing and vitality boosting medicine of plants like Wild Garlic, Nettles and Cleavers become so abundant at this time of year, renewing the land and helping us, and other animals feasting on them, to spring out of Winter.

We will tune into the body of the land and our bodies through fun exercises awakening our senses, grounding, deeply connecting and gently moving before communing with plants that draw our attention.

Sophie is a keen forager and community herbalist, she is also an experienced therapist doing a type of body work called biodynamic craniosacral therapy. She grew up in central France surrounded by woodlands where she would forage and retreat to find peace and connect with trees and other plants. The natural world has long been her soul medicine.

So she curated a sensuous journey with plants based on her personal and professional experience, seasoned with learnings from many teachers along the way, where we attune the instrument of our bodies to be in resonance with plants.

Spending time with plants, talking about their personalities and properties as well as foraging them with respect and tasting them in pre-prepared teas and snacks will also be part of this sensory feast.

Numbers are limited to 12 participants to allow for a more intimate experience.

An email with full instructions on what to bring and where to meet will be forwarded to you as soon as you book.
