This event is open to members of The Urban Co-op and the general public. It is an opportunity to hear directly from Dr David Unwin about his work in the UK on reversing diabetes and other chronic health conditions using a food based approach. His unique journey is fasinating and compelling to engage with and we invite the audience to learn how he has supported his patients to live their best lives. This event will also include a nourishing lunch prepared by Masterchef and will feature organic produce. Creating an environment to inspire action.
