Firstival: Go for Life Games!

Go for Life is the national programme for sport and physical activity for older people (aged over 50 years). The programme aims to encourage older people in all aspects of sport and physical activity.

Join the team from Active South Dublin to try out some new games including Malai, Scidil, Flisk and Boccia!

These are drop in sessions, so just call in any time between 11:00am and 1:00pm!
