On Wednesday 22nd of January 2025, we will celebrate the Enterprise Academy Fellowship programme with a Symposium in Room 211, East Quad, Technological University Dublin, Grangegorman where the Autumn/Winter 2024 Fellows will present and discuss their work. We will also introduce the incoming Spring 2025 Fellows who will outline their projects.

The Enterprise Academy Fellowship programme supports staff wishing to co-create skills and innovation solutions with enterprise, aligned to TU Dublin’s strategic goals. Funded by the Human Capital Initiative, Enterprise Fellows are seconded from their regular role on a full-time basis for one semester. Staff in academic faculties, professional services, research or innovation centres are eligible to apply.

Fellows support TU Dublin's aim of developing the most connected university by cultivating a network of discoverers, creators and entrepreneurs and engaging with people for University-Enterprise engagement. Fellowships allows space and time out to explore, experiment and deliver skills and innovation solutions for enterprise. Fellows are immersed in a ‘velcro’ ecosystem where staff and students from enterprise, academia, professional services, innovation, research and our international partners come together for the common purpose of innovation, talent and skills development. Leveraging the best practice of prior fellowship colleagues, Fellows are supported throughout the innovation lifecycle to deliver skills and innovation solutions for enterprise.

We work with enterprises across all sectors and business types to create flexible, scalable, accredited solutions that address sector-specific, cross-sector and transversal skill needs. Our work is informed by the latest research on future skills and relevant frameworks such as micro-credentials, mentoring, Work-Based Learning and Recognition of Prior Learning, as well as key drivers of change such as sustainability and digital transformation.
