Welcome to the Empowering Yoga for Beginners/ Improvers

At the Green Room, we provide a welcoming and supportive environment, perfect for beginners and those who have been away from the mat for a while. Our small class sizes ensure personalized attention, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

What do I need to bring with me?

You can bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to keep you hydrated. However, we do have a few extra mats on site if you forget yours. So just hop into something comfy you can exercise in, and come along for the class!

I have never tried Yoga; can I join?

Yes, of course! Since this practice is designed for beginners, it's the perfect start for your yoga journey!
