Limerick's Emma Langford creates work that playfully blends Irish folk and contemporary sounds. Emma Langford's songs offer an insight into Irish folklore, history, and many of life's universal truths; playfully blending folk, traditional and contemporary sounds and styles.

With the heart-warming ballad The Winding Way Down to Kells Bay and epic anthem Birdsong she has climbed the charts, and solidified her place on the Irish and international music scene.

Emma will be joined on this magical evening by Dr Alec Brown on cello & flute and Hannah Nic Gearailt on piano.

The artist has received multiple awards for her work, including an RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Award and the Dolores O Riordan Bursary. She has played Ireland’s National Concert Hall alongside Éimear Noone and the National Symphony Orchestra, premiering new original works inspired by Irish history. She is also a member of star-studded collective Irish Women In Harmony. Emma Langford has played to sold-out crowds across Ireland, the UK, Germany and the USA, and is touring throughout Ireland, the US, Germany and Denmark in 2025.
