Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance experience guided by live DJ music, creating a journey-like flow. We provide guidance and facilitation, but the music, the community, and your own inner space will be your true guides. Our ecstatic dance sessions create a safe and respectful space for everyone to express themselves freely.
