Before we dance, Yvonne Doherty (mindset coach + breathwork alchemist) will guide us into grounded presence through a 25-minute breathwork session to melt resistance, sharpen awareness and prime every cell for uninhibited movement. 🎧 We’re thrilled to welcome West Cork's soulful and transformative DJ Paul Cullen for an unforgettable night of movement and connection. Paul brings over 25 years of global DJing experience, from venues all over Dublin to vibrant dancefloors of the US, Australia and beyond. Once a reluctant dancer, Paul’s journey took a profound turn when he started studying psychotherapy and discovered the healing power of 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine. This awakening led him to shamanic studies and sacred sexuality, revealing dance as a vital tool for joy, release and deep personal transformation. Now, he weaves his eclectic musical mastery into immersive, conscious dance journeys with Earthdance nights in Clonakilty, Ballydehob and Cork City. His sets are dynamic voyages that start slow, build into an intense crescendo and gently return to stillness.
🌀 Before the dance, we’ll begin our journey with a grounding 25-minute breathwork session led by the insightful Yvonne Doherty. A seasoned mindset coach trained in mindfulness, hypnotherapy and healing modalities like Ho’oponopono, Yvonne guides with warmth and wisdom, helping you reconnect to your innate wholeness. Through intentional breath and mindful presence, you’ll soften resistance, steady the mind and prepare the body for the liberating dance ahead.
🍫 For this event, delicious cacao will be available on entry to the space for €2 a cup, carefully brewed and served by our resident spaceholder Olena Smolenko. You can pay with correct change or via QR code. Bring your own cup if possible and drink at your own pace.
