ACT for sustainability

This webinar will demonstrate how to anchor sustainability into practice so that projects like Eco-Emotions can successfully embed sustainability-focused education and care. Participants will be invited to consider becoming sustainability informed and why understanding the impact of changing mindsets and helping people navigate the emotional landscape of sustainability drives a duty to act through the compassionate ethic of sustainability. We will learn how to make better-informed decisions and take responsible action concerning the wellbeing of all.

Participants will learn how to use the ACT model which weaves together the 4 ‘C’s to drive change and enables staff to translate sustainability through the three pillars; Economic, Social and Environmental, and embed these into their practice. The 4 ‘C’s are Credible Cognition, Compassionate Conversations, Compassionate Coaching and a Community of Practice.
