Dún Laoghaire Rathdown (DLR) Children and Young People’s Services Committee (CYPSC) are delighted to welcome you to the DLR Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECHMH) Network launch.

We are delighted to welcome Debbie Scales, Young Ballymun, who will provide an IECMH Network awareness session for Managers and Practitioners. Our keynote address from Dr. Suzanne Zeedyk, developmental psychologist and research scientist, will focus on the importance of reflective practice, why reflective practice is for you and how we as a county can start to truly meet baby’s needs.
