Trevis L Gleason, chef and author, pairs up with Barry Rogers of the Irish Whiskey Society to offer an unique journey of the palate. Using food to accentuate the base elements of taste - Sweet, Salt, Sour, Bitter, and Umami - to highlight different flavour profiles of an international selection of whiskey. 6 spirits will be tasted (plus bonuses) along with food samples to accompany each.
