Birgitta Curtin, of The Burren Smokehouse in Lisdoonvarna will present this Masterclass salting, curing, and smoking of locally landed fishes and shellfish. Coupling with BBQ Pitmasters, Smokin’ Soul, Brigitta uses both traditional and modern smoking methods to transform the bounties of our local waters into sought-after delicacies. Lunch will be provided. This is not a Vegan/Vegetarian friendly event.
