The Sunday Social Club is a lively social community for both women and men, catering to the 30–45 age group. Throughout the year, we will be organising a variety of events and exciting trips across Ireland, providing opportunities to connect, explore, and create lasting memories.

About the Day
Join us on Sunday, 19th January, for a scenic walk along the Derrycassin Woodland Trail. Lace up your shoes and stroll down the main avenue with us, following the forest path alongside the river and lakeshore. Along the way, we will pass the historic Derrycassin House, a walled garden, a summer house, and an old boathouse, with several scenic viewpoints offering stunning views of Lough Gowna. After the walk, we'll head for a coffee and continue the chats.

Please note: This is a self-guided walk. The host will have a map of the route, but you are responsible for your own safety.

About the Walk
📍 Meet: Mullinalaghta GAA Pitch Car Park at 11:00 am. We'll start our hike at 11:10 am sharp.
💪 Difficulty: Easy
🗺 Route: Approx. 3.3 km, taking about 1 hour to complete, including stops.
🔴 Marked: Yes, we'll be following the white arrows and using a map.
🌲 Terrain: Forest and paths.
